Michael Ross founded Cambridge Federal in 2012. Cambridge Federal (CF) is a certified HUBZone, Veteran Owned Small Business (VOSB) and Maryland DoT Small Business Entity (SBE), with its main office located in Cambridge, Maryland. CF is a founding member of the Dorchester County Department of Economic Development (DCED) incubator initiative and is located in a multi-tenant facility. CF has two main lines of business; Information Technology (IT) and Investigations and Security (I&S). Mr. Ross established Cambridge Federal in an effort to increase employment opportunities, investment and economic development for Cambridge and Dorchester County residents.

Alex Berencz graduates from Salisbury University in May of 2018 with a Bachelors of Science in Information Systems Management. His roles include information security, maintaining systems, and ensuring the company website is up-to-date.
Britaney Dunkle graduated from Wor-Wic Community College with an Associate of Arts Degree with a concentration in Business. She is currently attending Salisbury University’s Perdue School of Business with expectations to graduate with a Bachelor of Science in Marketing in the Spring of 2019. Little known fact: Britaney is an aspiring artist. She was a recipient of the Congressional Art Award in her district and her piece was displayed for one year in the U.S Capitol.
Emily Clark is from Pocomoke City, Maryland and is currently a senior at Salisbury University. She will be graduating in December with a degree in Accounting and will begin working on her Masters of Business Administration in the Fall of 2018.
Jonathan Cho is currently in his final semester at Salisbury University, pursuing a Bachelors of Science in Information Systems
Kaitlin Isabell will be graduating from Salisbury University in May of 2018 with a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing with a minor in Professional Sales. She is from Baltimore Maryland, and spent the summer of 2017 as an intern for Cambridge Federal.
